Section 20

Forfeiture of arms or explosives deposited with authorised person or Licensing Officer

Any arms or explosives deposited with an authorised person or the Licensing Officer in accordance with the provisions of this Act or any other written law for the time being in force must, if not claimed by its owner or owners within 6 months from the date of the deposit, be forfeited to the Government.
