Conditions of licences

Every licence issued under this Act is deemed to be issued and held subject, in addition to any other condition prescribed or specified in the licence, to the following conditions:
(a)
the licence is to expire after such period as is prescribed;
(b)
the licence may at any time be liable to suspension or cancellation without any reason being given by the Licensing Officer;
(c)
the licence is not to be transferable except as provided in this Act.
