Section 25

Resisting person in execution of power

A person who assaults or obstructs or resists any person in the execution of any power vested in the person by this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months or to both.
