Persons arrested to be taken to police station
A person arrested by virtue of any power given under this Act must, together with any article as to which any offence may have been committed or attempted to have been committed, be taken to a police station, and conveyed, as soon as possible, before a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court to be dealt with according to law.
