Record of official searches
(1)
Where any official search has been made under this Act, a record of the result of the search shall be preserved at the Registry of Deeds.
(2)
The Registrar shall give a certificate of that result to any person requiring it and shall sign the certificate and seal it with the seal of the Registry of Deeds, and every certificate so signed and sealed shall be receivable in evidence.
