Section 8

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of section 6 or 7 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200 for the first offence, and to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months for any subsequent offence.
