Issue of licences
A licence issued under this Act —
(a)
shall be issued by the licensing officer, on payment of the prescribed fee, and be in such form and subject to such conditions as are prescribed, but in no case shall be issued unless the fingerprints of the person applying to be licensed have been taken by the licensing officer;
(b)
shall expire on 31st December of the year in which it is issued;
(c)
shall in every case be liable to cancellation by the licensing officer with the approval of the Minister;
(d)
shall not be transferable without the consent of the licensing officer and payment of the prescribed fee.
