Power of convicting court to order action to be taken
(1)
Upon the conviction of any person under section 9 or under subsection (2), the court before which the conviction is had may order the convicted person to take, within a time to be fixed by the court, the measures for failure to take which the conviction was had.
(2)
If any person fails without reasonable cause to comply with an order made under subsection (1), he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
