Agreement to be called in where title issued after survey
(1)
At any time after the survey of any land occupied by virtue of an agreement entered into under section 18, the Collector may, by a written notice duly served as prescribed, require the occupier of the land by virtue of the agreement to deliver up the agreement to the Collector to be cancelled.
(2)
In exchange for the agreement when so delivered up, a grant or lease must be issued in accordance with the terms of the agreement.[12
