Section 25

Housing and Development Board’s interest in land

Where land held under a grant in fee simple has been or is acquired by the Government for the purposes of the Housing and Development Board at the cost of the Board’s funds or of any funds exclusively allocated for those purposes, and has been or by the acquisition becomes vested in the State, the President may, at the request of the Chairperson of the Board, issue to the Board one or more grants of that land or any part of that land in fee simple.[17
