The Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 may make Rules of Court to regulate and prescribe the procedure and practice to be followed in the General Division of the High Court (other than the Family Division of the High Court) in proceedings under this Act, including the fees payable for, and the evidence in, such proceedings.

All Rules of Court made under this section are to be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
