Section 12

The Corporation shall once every year on or before the last day of the second lunar month according to the old Chinese calendar hold an annual meeting of members.

The business to be transacted at each annual meeting shall be the consideration of the annual statement and accounts of the Corporation for the preceding year and the consideration of any question raised as to the management of the affairs of the Corporation, and at every alternate annual general meeting the business shall also include the election of the members of the Committee of Management to take the place of those retiring.
