Section 9B

Publication and advertisement of appointments

The particulars of every appointment of an officer of the Corporation, a member of the Committee of Management, or an Honorary Past President, including the name, address and occupation of the person appointed, the date of the appointment, and the office to which the person was appointed, shall be —

(a)

published in the Gazette within 21 days after the date of the appointment; and

(b)

advertised in at least 2 issues of one Chinese daily newspaper circulating in Singapore.
