Section 19

Letters of administration to attorney of person entitled

Where a person entitled to letters of administration in case of intestacy is absent from Singapore, and no person equally entitled is willing to act, letters of administration may be granted to an authorised attorney of the absent person, limited until he obtains a grant to himself.
