Section 42

Any person who, without lawful authority, removes or attempts to remove from Singapore any portion of the property of which a receiver has been appointed under section 39, or destroys, conceals, or refuses to yield up the same to the receiver, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a Magistrates’ Court to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
