Section 43

No suit shall be brought against a receiver appointed under section 39 in relation to anything done or intended to be done by him in respect of the property of the deceased in exercise or intended exercise of the powers vested in him.

Any person aggrieved by anything so done, or intended to be done, may apply to the court for directions in the matter, and the court may make such order in the premises as is just.
