Provisions for estate duty
The provisions of the Estate Duty Act 1929, including the penal provisions thereof, shall apply as if the person who applies for sealing under this Part were an executor within the meaning of that Act, and section 41 of that Act shall apply with the necessary modifications to the re-sealing of grants under this Part.
