Section 8

Grant of probate

(1)

Probate may be granted to any executor appointed by a will.

(2)

The appointment may be express or implied.

(3)

Subject to section 6, where more than one person is appointed an executor by a will, probate may be granted to one or more of the persons so appointed, without prejudice to a subsequent application by another or others of them for further grant or grants.
