Section 4

Publication of rules, etc.

(1)

Rules made by the Minister under this Act shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.

(2)

Rules made under this section shall not come into operation until approved by a resolution of Parliament at some meeting thereof subsequent to the meeting when they were presented to Parliament.[5
