Section 28

Trustees may apply moneys in certain cases without application to court

The application of the moneys in the manner provided in section 27 may, if the court or a judge so directs, be made by the trustees, if any, without any application to the court, or otherwise upon an order of the court on the application of the person who would be entitled to the possession or the receipt of the rents and profits of the immovable property, if the money had been invested in the purchase of immovable property.
