Section 5

Refusing to furnish returns or furnishing false returns

Any person who refuses or neglects to furnish the returns referred to in section 4 or wilfully furnishes returns which are false in any material particular shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a District Court to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
