Section 73A

Falsely applying a registered trade mark to services

Any person who falsely applies a registered trade mark to services shall, unless he proves that he had acted innocently, be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
