Power of amendment

The Registrar may, on such terms as to costs or otherwise as he thinks just —
(a)
whether for the purpose of correcting a clerical error or an obvious mistake or otherwise, permit the amendment of a notice of opposition or other document lodged at the Registry; or
(b)
for the purpose of correcting a clerical error or an obvious mistake, amend the register or a certificate of registration of a trade mark.
