Application to Court in regard to notice of sale

If any person interested in land in respect of which a notice of sale has been issued under section 6 disputes the propriety of that notice, he may apply to the General Division of the High Court to stay the proceedings, and the General Division of the High Court after hearing the Collector and making such inquiry as may be necessary shall make such order as it thinks fit.
