Section 65

Notification in Gazette

The Registrar shall notify in the Gazette the fact that —

(a)

any trade union has been registered;

(b)

the certificate of registration of any registered trade union has been withdrawn or cancelled;

(c)

any change of name or amalgamation affecting any registered trade union has been registered; and

(d)

any registered trade union has been dissolved.
