Section 6

Penalty for instigation

Any person who instigates or incites others to take part in or otherwise acts in furtherance of an illegal industrial action or lockout, or who instigates or incites a person bound by an award to take part in or otherwise act in furtherance of any industrial action, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
