Section 7

Collector to give name, etc., to police on demand

Any police officer may require any person whom he believes to be acting as a collector for the purposes of a collection to declare to him immediately the person’s name and address and, if any person fails to comply with a requirement duly made to the person under this section, that person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100.
