Section 16
Correction of dentists register
(1)
The Registrar shall from time to time insert in the register any alteration which may come to his knowledge in the name or address of any person registered.
(2)
The Board may remove from the register the name of any person who —
(a)
is deceased;
(b)
has no address in Singapore at which he can be found;
(c)
is no longer practising dentistry in Singapore; or
(d)
fails to serve the Government, or such other body or organisation as may be directed by the Government, for such period as may be specified in any undertaking given by him to the Government.[14
