Exclusion of notice of trusts and equities in respect of stock

From the commencement of this Act no notice of any trust, expressed, implied or constructive, or any equitable interest expressed, implied or constructive, shall be entered on any register of stock or be receivable by the Bank or the Minister in respect of any stock and the registered holder of any stock or his legal personal representatives will be regarded as exclusively entitled to the benefit of such stock and all persons may act accordingly.
