Section 41

Provision of places of safety and approved homes

The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette —

(a)

appoint places or institutions to be places of safety under this Act; and

(b)

may declare any orphanage, hospital, home, institution or other place to be a place of safety for the purposes of this Act.
