Powers of authorised officers to enter on certain premises
(1)
For the purpose of exercising the powers conferred by sections 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, an authorised officer or a senior authorised officer, as the case may be, may, without warrant, enter upon any islet, landing place, wharf, dock or quay or upon the premises of the Port of Singapore Authority or upon any railway.
(2)
In this section “railway” shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Railways Act [Cap. 263].[21
