Section 22

refuses any authorised officer access to any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or place which that officer is entitled under this Act or under any order to board or enter; or

obstructs or hinders any authorised officer in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred upon that officer by this Act or by any order,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[23
