Section 7

Classification of goods

The Board may certify in writing that any goods examined by it are goods of a particular category or description and thereupon the goods shall, for all the purposes of this Act and of any order, be presumed, unless the contrary is proved, to be goods of that category or description and any certificate to that effect purporting to be signed by the Board shall without proof of signature be admitted as evidence in all proceedings under this Act of the matters set forth therein.[8
