Section 9

Offence to sell above fixed price

(1)

Any person who sells any price-regulated goods or performs any service at a price which exceeds the maximum price fixed therefor shall be guilty of an offence.

(2)

Any person who knowingly purchases or offers to purchase any price-regulated goods or who knowingly pays or offers to pay for a service a charge which exceeds the maximum charge fixed therefor shall be guilty of an offence.
