Person of unsound mind may be referred to mental hospital

Where a registered medical practitioner has under his care a person believed to be of unsound mind or to require psychiatric treatment, he may send the person to a medical officer at a mental hospital for treatment and the medical officer may thereafter act in accordance with section 35.
