Section 36

A registered medical practitioner who is the husband, wife, father, father-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister or sister-in-law of, or who stands in any fiduciary relationship to, the patient shall not sign any order under this Act.
