Section 12

Contributions to be paid into Fund

(1)

All sums recovered or collected on account of contributions to the Fund under this Act must be paid into or carried to the Fund in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2)

The Board must cause to be credited to each member of the Fund —

(a)

the amount of every contribution paid to the Fund for the member;

(b)

the interest payable to the member under section 6(4); and

(c)

any additional interest payable to the member under section 6(4B).
