Section 27M

Minister may delegate functions and powers under sections 27K(6) and 27L(1) and (1A)

The Minister may in writing delegate to the Board, or to any person or group of persons appointed by the Minister, all or any of the Minister’s functions and powers under sections 27K(6) and 27L(1) and (1A).
