Section 41

Establishment of Dependants’ Protection Insurance Scheme

The Board may establish and maintain a Dependants’ Protection Insurance Scheme for the purpose of providing that, on the incapacity or death of an insured person at any time during the period in which he or she is insured under the Scheme, the insured sum is paid in respect of that insured person in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
