Section 7

Consultation by Minister

The powers conferred upon the Minister by sections 3, 5 and 6 shall not be exercised so as to affect the Singapore Civil Defence Force raised and maintained under the Civil Defence Act 1986, or any member of that Force, without previous consultation with the Minister charged with the responsibility for civil defence.
