Section 24

Appeal against removal from register

(1)

Any person, whether provisionally registered or otherwise, aggrieved by the removal of his name from the register under section 23 may, within one month of the notice given under section 23(2), appeal to the High Court against the removal and on any such appeal the High Court may give such directions in the matter as it thinks proper, including any directions as to the costs of the appeal.

(2)

No appeal shall lie from an order of the High Court under this section.
