Exemption from registration

All medical officers of the armed forces or of any visiting forces lawfully present in Singapore serving on full pay in Singapore and all ships’ surgeons while in discharge of their duties shall be exempted from registration and shall be entitled to all the privileges of registered medical practitioners under this Act.
