Section 30

Notwithstanding any of the other provisions of this Act, a medical practitioner registered under the corresponding provisions of any written law for the time being in force in Malaysia relating to the registration of medical practitioners and who holds a diploma or degree entitling him to registration under section 9(1)(a) or (b) shall be deemed to be registered in like manner and subject to the same qualifications, conditions and restrictions (if any) under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
