Register
(1)
The Registrar shall cause a register (referred to in this Act as the register) to be kept containing the names, addresses and qualifications of registered medical practitioners and such other particulars as may be prescribed.
(2)
The Registrar shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the register.
