Power of Board to enter into contracts and to hold property
(1)
The Board may enter into such contracts as may be necessary or expedient for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Board may acquire and hold such movable or immovable property as may be necessary or expedient for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act, and for the same purposes may sell, lease, mortgage, or otherwise alienate or dispose of, any property so acquired. [8
