Section 110

When any costs have been incurred by any party to a proceeding under this Chapter for witnesses or advocates’ fees or both the court giving a decision under section 107, 108 or 109 may direct by whom the costs shall be paid whether by that party or by any other party to the proceeding and whether in whole or in part or proportion.[109
