Depositions to be sent to Public Prosecutor
Whenever any inquiry has been held, the Coroner shall forthwith transmit the depositions and records taken by him on the inquiry to the Public Prosecutor, together with a certificate to that effect duly filled up and signed by him. [298[Form 52.]
