Inquiry when to be deemed a proceeding between Public Prosecutor and accused
An inquiry at which a finding of culpable homicide amounting to murder or culpable homicide not amounting to murder or causing the death of a person by doing a rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide has been returned against any person shall be deemed to be a proceeding between the Public Prosecutor and the accused within the meaning of section 33 of the Evidence Act [Cap. 97].[301
