Magistrate not to try certain offences committed before himself
Except as provided in sections 320 and 324, no Magistrate shall try any person for any offence referred to in section 129 when the offence is committed before himself or in contempt of his authority or is brought under his notice as such Magistrate in the course of a judicial proceeding.[325
