Section 345

If the court designated by the fiat of the Public Prosecutor for the trial of the accused is a court other than the High Court, that court shall cause notices to that effect to be served on the witnesses who have been bound over to appear and give evidence.

Thereupon the bail bond given by or for those witnesses shall be taken to refer to the court and time named in the notice in the same manner as if they had been bound over to appear and give evidence at that court and time and the witnesses shall be legally bound to attend at the time appointed by that court for the trial of the case.[344
